Right of withdrawal: 14 days
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return an item, without having to give a reason.
Conditions
- For hygiene reasons, the item must be new, unworn and unwashed, with its tags and in its original packaging.
- An item that has been worn or whose protective packaging has been unsealed cannot be returned or refunded (article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code).
- Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend a tracked shipment.
How to return an item
- Email us at contact@shopshapeyou.com with your order number (you can use the withdrawal form attached to our Terms of sale).
- Send the item back within 14 days of your request to: [TO BE COMPLETED: return address].
Refund
We refund the full amount paid, including the original shipping costs (based on the standard rate), no later than 14 days after your request, using the same payment method. The refund may be made once the item has been received and checked.
Free size exchange
Wrong size? We will exchange it free of charge within 14 days (new, unworn item with tags and original packaging, subject to availability). Contact us at contact@shopshapeyou.com to arrange it.
Defective item or order error
If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, contact us: we cover the return and offer a replacement or a refund, in accordance with the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.
