Shape You was born from my work: supporting women after cosmetic surgery, from the very first week to the final result.
My background
I am a qualified post-operative massage practitioner in Paris and the Île-de-France region. For 4 years, in partnership with a renowned Paris surgeon, I have supported more than 300 patients throughout their post-operative recovery.
Liposuction, abdominoplasty, BBL, breast surgery… At every session, I see how much the garment matters for recovery: the right compression, the right size, the right time to move on to the next stage.
Why I created Shape You
The idea came from my patients. Session after session, many of them told me the same thing: their garment was uncomfortable, even though they had to wear it day and night for weeks.
So I created Shape You to offer them more comfortable garments, ones I can recommend with complete confidence, with simple explanations and real advice behind every order.
- Hands-on expertise: our products are chosen based on what I see every day with my patients.
- Comfort first: because a garment you can tolerate is a garment you actually wear.
- Progressive compression: a Stage 1 garment for the first weeks, then a lighter Stage 2 garment, with foam pads and boards for a more even result.
- Personal advice: a question about sizing or your stage of recovery? I answer you myself.
- Discretion: plain packaging, with no mention of the contents.
