Choosing your garment
What is the difference between the Stage 1 and Stage 2 garments?
The Stage 1 garment is worn right after surgery, usually for the first 2 to 4 weeks: its compression supports the tissues and limits swelling. The Stage 2 garment takes over from the 3rd or 4th week, on your surgeon's advice: it is more comfortable for everyday wear and keeps refining your figure.
Which size should I choose?
Choose your usual clothing size. If you are between two sizes, contact us before ordering: we will advise you based on your procedure and body shape. And if the size isn't right, the exchange is free within 14 days (unworn item).
How long should I wear the garment?
Your surgeon decides how long and how many hours a day you should wear it. In most cases, the garment is worn day and night for the first weeks and only taken off to wash. Always follow your surgeon's advice.
What are the foam pads and boards for?
They go under the garment. The circular foam pad spreads pressure over rounded areas and prevents marks. The abdominal board and back board smooth the pressure on the stomach and lower back after liposuction or abdominoplasty, for more even healing.
What is the complete post-op kit?
It brings together everything you need for your recovery: Stage 1 garment, Stage 2 garment, circular foam pads (pack of 3), abdominal board and back board, 15% cheaper than buying each item separately.
How do I care for my garment?
Follow the instructions on the label. In general: hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild soap, do not wring, then dry flat away from heat. Having two garments lets you wear one while the other dries.
Orders and shipping
How much does shipping cost?
In France, Standard delivery costs €7.99 and is free on orders of €129.99 or more. Express delivery costs €10.99. To other European Union countries: €22. Full details are on our Shipping page.
Is the parcel discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain packaging, with no mention of the contents.
How do I get 30% off my first order?
Sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of the page: your welcome code appears straight away. Enter it at checkout.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are encrypted and processed by Shopify. We never have access to your full card details.
An item is sold out. How will I know when it's back?
On the product page, leave your email address under "Join the waitlist": we will let you know as soon as it is back in stock.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an item that is new, unworn and unwashed, with its tags and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, a worn item cannot be taken back. Everything is explained on our Returns & refunds page.
The size doesn't fit. What should I do?
Email us at contact@shopshapeyou.com within 14 days of receipt: we will exchange it free of charge, subject to availability.
